Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for visiting.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
