Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and respond to customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Escalate customer issues to management and introduce clients to relevant services.
