Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments and connect them with suitable associates.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and assist in different store areas as needed.
• Handle customer concerns by connecting clients with management and following up on requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms and other client services with store teams.
