Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance in a fast-paced holiday shopping environment.

The ideal candidate prioritizes guest satisfaction, demonstrates strong communication, and can work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with a readiness to learn our Circle of Life sales

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions, escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance, and ethical responsibilities.
