Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasonal days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-moving gaming retail environment.

Greet guests, assist with video game needs, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized store. You will work with the team to achieve sales, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction goals while following store policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video game needs.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure on-shelf presentation.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures in all activities.
