Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support our stores during the peak shopping season. You’ll assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and help keep the store organized and welcoming for guests.

If you enjoy fast-paced retail, delivering great service, and working with a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; the role offers competitive pay and associate discounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
