Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to join our team and deliver an inspiring shopping experience for customers during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and help our store stay organized and welcoming.

We value dependable, team-oriented individuals who are flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Capacity to operate the POS and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
