Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member at Lenox Square to help deliver an exceptional store experience during our peak season. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-first team supporting sales, product knowledge, and premium service while ensuring an efficient checkout and welcoming environment.

Availability includes weekends, some closing shifts, and adherence to blackout dates; prior retail experience and a team-oriented mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create elevated, personalized shopping experiences.
• Learn product stories and sizing to confidently support customers and build trust.
• Maintain premium brand feel with professional tone during busy periods.
• Assist with POS/MPOS transactions and checkout accuracy.
• Support store operations, keep floor stocked, clean, and organized.
