Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the busy holiday season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and help keep the store organized for peak shopping periods.

Preferred candidates enjoy helping customers, adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, and can work independently or with a team. Prior retail or customer service experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
