You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, oversee photo operations, drive sales, and ensure guest experiences are memorable during the holiday season. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and guest service, with opportunities for growth within our photo division.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
