Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Charlotte Premium Outlets. You will support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive guest services, and ensure a memorable photo experience during peak holidays.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, problem-solving, and strong guest engagement to deliver high-quality experiences for families visiting the Santa photo and souvenir area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend pre-season training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Support opening-day prep: staffing, inventory, equipment testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes.
• No photography experience required.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce management procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
