Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Carolina Mall in Concord, NC. You will assist the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive sales, deliver excellent guest experiences, and ensure smooth photo operations during peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures, and resolving guest concerns. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager in daily operations and staff oversight.
• Support opening-day preparations, scheduling, and training.
• Assist customers with photo experiences and merchandise.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive visit.
