Job summary

Ring Concierge is seeking a Door Ambassador for our Upper East Side boutique to create exceptional client experiences during the holiday season. You will manage client flow, uphold store capacity guidelines, and support safety and operations with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.

Our ideal candidate brings experience in luxury retail or high-touch client service, is flexible across shifts, and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds while delivering an elevated

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18+ years.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing industries is required; security or loss prevention background is a plus.
• Availability: flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as the first point of contact, setting a welcoming tone.
• Support store opening/closing procedures and ensure safety and security protocols.
• Assist leadership by fostering teamwork, maintaining merchandising standards and assisting with operations.
