Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Service Associate in Los Angeles to create a seamless in-store experience by assisting customers and colleagues across the store, including service hubs and pickup areas.

You will greet customers, help with BOPIS, easy returns, and schedule in-store services, using handheld devices and store tech. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude during a dynamic holiday season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no prior experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, use register and handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and booking appointments for in-store services.
• Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with customers and associates to support an efficient shopping experience.
