Qualifications

• 1 year of selling or retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Ensure sales floor is neat, signposted for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales, turnover, and gross margin.
