Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service during peak season and contributing to buy, sell, trade, and reservation activities within the Circle of Life.

You will help with sales, store maintenance, inventory, and customer questions, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and uphold store policies while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and following selling behaviors.
• Support store operations, visuals, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines and restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Promptly address guest questions, escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Maintain inventory control and follow loss prevention practices.
