Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days andto focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, stock shelves, help with visual merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales and shrinkage goals. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service at every guest interaction.
• Support store shopping environment and assist in holiday sales initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized merchandise areas per guidelines.
• Stock shelves, transfer products from stock room to selling floor, ensure presentation.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
