Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock merchandise and ensure items are presented clearly on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety best practices; adhere to company policies.
