Job summary

GameStop Corp. is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team for peak seasonal demand. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance, supporting the Circle of Life business model during high-traffic periods.

The role requires an 18+ age and adaptability to nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with emphasis on greeting guests and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store visuals and operations and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure well-presented shelves.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; be aware of scams.
