Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and processing transactions.
• Support store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Assist in inventory control and loss prevention practices, and help meet sales and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
