Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and promoting add-ons during transactions.
• Support store appearance and visual merchandising and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep areas clean and merchandised according to guidelines, stock shelves, and present products neatly.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while following safety and policy requirements.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
