Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and expressing gratitude.
• Support the shopping environment, assisting with store initiatives and visual/operational aspects during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Help stock and restock merchandise and ensure products are presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
