Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during peak seasonal days.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
