Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for shopping at GameStop.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep restrooms and store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, transfer products from stock to floor, and present items clearly on shelves.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
