Job summary

GameStop, a leader in video game retail, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store during peak seasons. You will provide outstanding guest service, drive sales, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, stocking merchandise, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store visuals and operations and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure products are well-presented on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions professionally and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Follow all GameStop policies and procedures.
