Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise from stock room to selling floor, ensuring items are well-presented.
• Help the store team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
