Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and suggesting add-ons.
• Support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
