GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team during peak seasons, focusing on sales, guest service, and store maintenance. You will contribute to a fast-paced holiday shopping environment and help uphold the Circle of Life in daily operations.

You will greet guests, recommend products, stock merchandise, assist with inventory, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while ensuring a friendly, safe shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the holiday shopping environment.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking shelves and transferring products from stockroom.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all store policies, including attendance and dress code.
