You will participate in day-to-day store operations during peak days with a focus on sales, maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction and is available to work during peak seasonal sales periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the store environment, visual and operational aspects, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, ethics.
