Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep restrooms and areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and stay aware of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
