Job summary

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or guest service experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help with video gaming needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store and merchandising per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring it is presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve store goals during peak holiday season.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow all store policies and safety practices, including loss prevention and attendance.
