Responsibilities

• Support store environment and participate in sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly; escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; follow safety practices.
• Adhere to store policies (attendance, confidentiality, etc.).
