Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak seasonal days. You will focus on sales, guest service, store maintenance, and helping customers with video gaming needs while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You'll greet guests, stock shelves, keep the store clean and merchandised, and support loss prevention and safety practices. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred; must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and participate in store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals through effective teamwork and communication.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
