Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting add-on items.
• Support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while maintaining safety standards.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
