GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak shopping periods. You will focus on sales, guest service, and store upkeep while delivering outstanding experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining merchandising standards, assisting with stock, and helping the team meet sales goals while following store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, and expressing gratitude to every guest.
• Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from the stock room to the selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and courteously, escalating to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
