Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Stock and restock merchandise, keep shelves organized and clean.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow store policies and maintain attendance, dress, and grooming standards.
