Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days, delivering outstanding guest service and driving sales.

You will help with merchandising, stocking, and store upkeep while maintaining the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

Strong communication, a friendly personality, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, upsell items.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising.
• Stock shelves and transfer inventory from stock room.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions, escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow policies, attendance, dress, and grooming standards.
