Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service, greet guests, and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, stocking, and cleanliness during peak season.
• Help achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow store policies and safety practices, including loss prevention awareness.
