Job summary

GameStop Corp. is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Asheboro, NC. You will support the store team on peak days, deliver exceptional guest service, and participate in buy/sell/trade and reservation workflows within the Circle of Life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of potential scams.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
