Qualifications

• Must be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Retail or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommend items, and complete transactions while delivering excellent service.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during peak holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines, including restocking merchandise.
• Assist in stocking and moving merchandise from stock room to selling floor and ensure presentations are neat and alphabetized.
• Contribute to meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals and address guest questions promptly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies; escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
