Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise, transferring items from stock to floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, elevating issues when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
