Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring items to the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices with safety in mind.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
