Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak season. You will focus on sales, guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized selling floor while supporting stock and merchandising.

You will greet guests, recommend gaming products, assist with transactions, and uphold store policies. Availability during holidays, nights, weekends, and peak shopping days is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and merchandise according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and dress standards.
