Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support the overall shopping environment and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep restrooms and all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures; keep products well-presented.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention with safety awareness.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
