Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending products, stocking merchandise, keeping areas clean, and helping meet sales and shrinkage goals while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and merchandising on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, ethics, and safety.
