Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs during every interaction.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and guest experiences during peak seasonal days.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting merchandise on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals while following company policies.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to safety and safeguarding practices.
