Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Seasonal Digital Lead to support Store Manager and Assistants in digital fulfillment during the holiday season. Focused on Ship From Store, Buy Online Pick Up in Store, and Same Day Delivery, you will lead daily SFS execution and coach associates to meet fulfillment goals.

You will actively fulfill orders, work scheduled SFS hours, and partner with store leadership to optimize hours and coverage.

Qualifications

Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to guide and motivate peers, communicate clear expectations.
Comfort using computers and digital fulfillment tools.
Knowledge of store product and a passion for brands, fashion, and customer experience.
Previous retail, fulfillment, or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Display a customer-focused mindset and ensure accurate, timely digital fulfillment.
Own daily SFS execution during shifts, picking, packing and shipping orders.
Prioritize and delegate tasks based on order age and demand.
Coach associates and provide feedback on fulfillment processes and standards.
Provide clear direction on priorities and store directives.
Monitor queues and adjust workflow to meet fulfillment goals.
Work scheduled SFS hours and coordinate with leadership for coverage.
Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery within required timelines.
Resolve routine fulfillment issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain clean, safe fulfillment areas and monitor supplies.
Communicate completed work and follow-up needs to leadership.
