Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full-Time Barista who takes pride in excellence and aloha spirit. You will prepare espresso-based coffee drinks and tea, and deliver a warm, personalized guest experience in a luxury setting on Oahu's west coast.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has at least 1 year of experience in a luxury environment, and demonstrates strong communication and computer skills. Flexible scheduling includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full-Time Barista who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Barista reports to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for preparing and serving espresso‑based coffee drinks, in addition to tea.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you will bring
