Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full Time Cook 3 - La Hiki with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The role involves preparing and executing food in the La Hiki outlet, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, and contributing to a premium guest experience on Oahu's Ko Olina coast.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree, English fluency, and at least 6 months of relevant experience, with knowledge of local, Asian, or Italian cuisines, and the ability to lift 50 lbs

Position: Full Time Cook 3 - La Hiki

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Cook 3 - La Hiki who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Cook 3 - La Hiki reports to the Chef de Cuisine - La Hiki and is responsible for the preparation and execution of food in the designated outlet/area of the Resort. We have multiple positions at this level available within the different outlets of the resort.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you will do:

Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of food in various outlets in the resort.

What you will bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Culinary degree
• Candidates should have at least 6 months previous experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge and experience of local, Asian and/or Italian cuisine.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
