Job summary

DSE Hockey Centers LP in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily hockey operations, develop in-house programs, and promote the company brand. You will collaborate with facility managers and ensure clear communication across teams and participants.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• High level of ice hockey playing and coaching experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house lead for all on-ice clinics, camps, training programs, and practices.
• Manage written and verbal correspondence to all program participants.
• Seek and hire both volunteer and paid sub-contracted coaches.
• Coordinate with scorekeepers and officials for all games.
• Resolve customer questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Liaise between participants and USA Hockey.
• Manage timecards for all assigned employees.
• Participate in committee work as finalized by the Committee.
